Clare Valley
The Clare Valley is one of Australia's premier wine regions.
Located in the north-central part of South Australia, it is the northernmost wine-producing region in South Australia and one of the oldest wine-producing regions in Australia.
Originally it should be a hot place, but the key point is that the temperature difference between day and night is very large. Although it is hot during the day, the temperature at night is very low, which can keep the grapes with a very high acidity.
